Q) Can I replace an item?

If you don’t like the product, you can notify us within 1 day from the date the order is delivered.

For broken, damaged or wrong products, you can ask for a replacement, which will take 3 – 5 days to be re-delivered at the recipient’s address. REPLACEMENTS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED AFTER INSPECTION.

UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST TO INITIATE A RETURN.

Q) How much time does it take to return the product & get a refund?

Once you get in touch with us, if return pick up facility is available at your location, it will take 3-5 business days to arrange the return pickup. Once the product has been picked up, we process the refund within 48 hours.

Yes. We do provide COD option.

Q) What kind of payment methods does The Shoppers Paradise accept?

The Shoppers Paradise provides a wide variety of payment options ranging from cards to wallets. Below is a complete list of payment options that you can use at TSP:

 Credit cards: We accept all credit cards including Visa, Master, Rupay. We also accept all domestic credit cards.

 Debit cards: We accept all debit cards including Visa, Master & Maestro. We also accept all domestic debit cards.

 Internet banking: We accept net banking payments for all domestic accounts. We do not have net banking facility for international accounts.

Q) Can I apply the discount code after paying?

 No you cannot apply the discount code after paying. The discount coupon code needs to be applied at the time of checkout on the ‘Order Summary’ Page. Once the payment is made, the discount code cannot be applied against the same order.

Q) What do I do if my payment is deducted but my order is not placed?

In rare instances when you have made the payment and have not received an order confirmation email within 24hours, please connect on WhatsApp chat at +91 8882075400. We will help you with the order.
